Morning. What’s on today?
Four meetings, first at 10 with the design team. Priya replied on the Q2 doc overnight; I drafted a short yes in your Drafts. No fires.
Book 45 min with Sam this week, pref afternoons.
Thursday 3:00 works for both of you. Want me to send it?
Yes, go.
What Aaliyah does

A proper PA, in your pocket.

Aaliyah handles the small-but-annoying work that eats your morning. Six things a good PA does every day, one chat thread away.

Morning briefings

Aaliyah’s first message of the day. The day’s calendar, the top emails, anything you’ve asked Aaliyah to watch for. Delivered at the hour you pick.

Smart calendar

“Book 30 with Sam after lunch on Thursday.” Aaliyah checks for conflicts, proposes a slot, and only writes once you confirm.

Email triage and drafts

Aaliyah reads the top of your inbox, flags what matters, and writes a first draft in your own voice. Lives in your Drafts folder until you send.

Reminders that think

“Remind me to follow up with Priya on Monday.” Natural language in, reliable ping out. Snooze, cancel, or reschedule just by replying.

Voice notes, understood

Tap-and-hold a voice note and Aaliyah transcribes it, then acts on it. Walk, cook, drive. The audio never hits disk; the transcript does.

Images, read

Send Aaliyah a photo of a whiteboard, a business card, a menu. Aaliyah reads, summarises, and remembers what matters.

A day with Aaliyah

Morning, midday, night.

Scroll through a typical day. Same thread all the way through.

Your day, at a glance.

Aaliyah opens with the calendar, the things that shifted overnight, and the one email you’d regret missing. A short brief. No noise.

Book it, move it, done.

Plain English in, working calendar out. Aaliyah checks conflicts, proposes a slot, and writes once you say go.

Drafts that sound like you.

Aaliyah reads the top of the inbox, flags what matters, and drops a first draft in your Drafts folder. You hit send when you’re ready.

Tomorrow, teed up.

Aaliyah closes out with a short wrap: what shipped, what slipped, and the one thing to prep for tomorrow morning.

Morning. Four meetings today, first at 10 with design. Priya came back on the Q2 doc overnight; I drafted a short reply, it’s in your Drafts.
Anything I should read before 10?
The one-pager Priya attached. Two-minute read, I’ve pinned it up top.

Could you book 45 with Sam this week? Afternoons if you can swing it.
Thursday at 15:00 looks clear for you both. Want me to put a video link on it?
Yes please, go ahead.
Booked. Sam should see the invite land any second.

Two in the top of your inbox that actually want you. Your accountant needs the VAT number by Friday, and a vendor’s asking for a call next week.
Could you draft a reply to the accountant in my voice?
Done. It’s sitting in Drafts, ready whenever you are.

winding down
Quick wrap on the day. Three meetings done, Q2 doc went out, Priya wrote back. The vendor call slipped, so I moved it to Tuesday.
First thing tomorrow you’ve got the board pre-read at 09:00. I’ll pull the key slides into your morning brief.
Thanks. Night.
Night. See you at 07:30.
